GraphQL: Untangling under- and overfetching problem at the largest e-commerce in NL/BE

Abstract

We'll dive deeper into the concept of the under- and overfetching problems. How GraphQL solves this for us in our organisation at bol, the largest ecommerce of The Netherlands and Belgium. How we entangled our service landscape from the under- and overfetching problem - not only technically but also how GraphQL massively improves our innovation speed and creates an effective WoW in our organisation. During this talk we'll share concrete examples of the under- and overfetching problems in our service landscape and organisation, and how we solved them.
